2009-06-22Two FC personnels killed and 6 injured in a remote controlled blast in Sui

Occupied Balochistan: BRA samrachars killed 2 Fc personnels and injured six in a remote controlled explosion in Peer Sori area of SUi.

According to details FC truck ran over a remote detonated landmine while patrolling in Peer soree area of Dera Bugti. In the explosion 2 FC personnels died  while 6 others injured. killed personnles were identified as Sobaidar Saleem and Hawaldar Karam Shabir.

Spokesman of Baloch Republican army Mr. Sarbaz Baloch claimed responsibility of the attack on FC Truck via phone from undisclosed location.

Meanwhile Baloch Liberation Front claimed responsibility of killing a settler in Turbat. Spokesman of BLF Mr. Basham Baloch told newsmen via phone from undisclosed location that Sarmachars of BLF

 

Killed a settler in turbat in a hand geranade attack. Our attacks against Pakistani forces and punjabi settlers will continue untill Freedom of Balochistan. Said Mr. Basham Baloch while talking to newsmen.

2009-06-1917 injured in Dera Murad jamli blast, two killed and two injured in separate incidents

QUETTA: At least 15 persons have been injured in a bomb explosion at Dera Murad Jamali town in Nasirabad district. All of the injured have been shifted to the area’s civil hospital for medical treatment.Five of the wounded are in serious condition, according to doctors. (‘It was an improvised explosive device which ripped through the bus station wounding at least 17 people, one of them seriously,’ local police official Naseebullah Khoso told AFP).

Police say that some unknown militants had planted bomb in a cart at Bus Stand at Dera Murad Jamali that went off with big bang. Police and district administration’s officials reached the spot to investigate into the incident. So far no group has claimed the responsibility for the blast.

Two employees of the Balochistan High Court were shot dead in Quetta on Friday, DawnNews reported. The two were killed close to the grid station on Sairab Road.

According to police, the victims were en route to work when the incident took place. Police rushed to the site after the incident. The motive behind the double murder is yet to be ascertained. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

another Two workers of a local goods company were injured when a hand grenade exploded in Hazarganji area of Quetta on Friday night. As per details, unknown assailants hurled a hand grenade on a group of workers and escaped after committing the crime.

The hand grenade exploded and wounded two workers identified as Imtiaz Rafiq and Hanif. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case ad started investigation.

2009-06-19 BRP leader Murid Bugti and his brother martyred

Quetta: A private TV channel has reported that an important leader of Baloch Republican Party (BRP) Murid Bugti and his cousin Noor Mohammad Bugti have been murdered in Sakrund in Sindh. According to the private TV channel, miscreants cordoned off the house of BRP leader Murid Bugti located in the Sakrand region in Sindh and killed the leader along with his cousin in the attack.

The spokesman of BRP Sher Muhammad Bugti has confirmed the murder of his party leader and alleged Pakistani security forces and pro-government Laskhar for his killing. In his statement he said on martyrdom of party leader party has announced three days mourning.

Earlier this year a pro-government lashkar was formed to counter pro-independent Baloch who have been struggle for independence of Balochistan. However it is widely believed that the setting up of

the pro-government lashkar and nominating Aali Bugti has the new cheif of Bugti tribe is the continuation of the divide and rule policy of the Pakistani government.

2009-06-18Vice Principle shot dead in Khuzdar

KHUZDAR: Unidentified men gunned down BRC Khuzdar Vice - Principal Khalid Mehmood Butt on Wednesday, police said. Butt was on his way home when unidentified men on motorbikes shot him at Umer Farooq Chowk, killing him on the spot. According to SHO Khuzdar Abdul Sattar Mr Butt had come to Khuzdar six years ago from Sailkot city, Punjab province in Pakistan. Police have registered a case against the unknown attackers, who fled the scene after killing the vice principal.

Analysts believe that targeted killing of settlers have increases since the cold-blooded murder of three Baloch political leaders by the Pakistani intelligence agencies in Turbat town in Balochistan, another reason could the growing number abductions of Baloch political and student activists by the Pakistani security forces. It is worth reminding that currently thousands of Baloch political and student activists including some women are missing from Balochistan and it is widely believed that the missing Baloch are held in Pakistan Army's secret jails and suffer the worst from of physical and

mental torture. Many have been missing for years now and their family members have been protesting in front of press clubs, they have submitted petitions to the courts but all in vain no one seems to be interested resolving the issue of the missing Baluch.

2009-06-164 injured in Blast at juice shop in Quetta, Three Baloch leaders arrested from Mastung

QUETTA: At least 4 people were wounded in a blast at ice cream and juice shop situated at Mezzan Chowk, the busiest bazaar of Quetta.

According to details, three women went in to ice cream and juice shop and drank juice there and once they left, the blast occurred, causing injuries to 4 people.

Two shops were partially damaged in the blast. Ambulances and Police reached at the site to transport the injured to the hospitals. The injured after medical treatment were discharged from the hospital.

According to bomb disposal squad, homemade bomb weighing half KG pound was used in the blast.

Balochistan Republican Army Women wing has claimed the responsibility of blast at Mezzan Chowk in Quetta.

On the other hand the pakistani security forces have arrested three leaders of BRP from Mastung on Tuesday. According to police officials, the arrested persons included District President BRP Qadir Baloch, Zulfiqar and Jhanzeb. Police shifted the three Baloch leaders to unknown location.

Baloch female militants bomb Quetta shop

QUETTA: Two shops were destroyed and a shop owner injured when the women’s wing of the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) bombed a shop on the Mezan Chowk here on Tuesday. The blast occurred at around 1pm in a juice shop in one of the most crowded business centres of the provincial capital, destroying two neighbouring shops and injuring one of the shops’ owner. “The blast occurred shortly after a woman wearing a veil left the shop. She must’ve left explosives in the shop,” the owner of the juice shop told Daily Times. The women’s wing of the BRA, a hitherto unknown armed group struggling for a separate Baloch homeland, claimed responsibility for the blast. “We accept responsibility for the bomb blast,” said Gohar, spokeswoman of the women’s wing of the BRA in telephone calls to several newspaper offices. She claimed to have personally put the explosives in the shop. “More such attacks would be carried in the future,” she warned. malik siraj akbar

2009-06-14Two men shot dead in Quetta, Kalat and five vehicles set on fire in Turbat

Quetta: masked motorcyclists shot dead a school teacher Mr Anwar Baig in Kalat twon in Balochistan here on Saturday. Sources reported that Mr Baig was on his way to school when he was attacked. He died on the spot. In a separate incident unknown men have thrown a hand grenade on a private school in Shahbaz town in Quetta. The blast damaged the roof of the school but no causulty have been reported.

On the other hand unknown men have set five vehicles on fire in sensitive area B & R colony in Turbat town. According to details unknown men have set 5 vehicles of a non-government organisation (NCHB) and managed to flee from the scene.

Basham Baloch of BLF has informed the news agencies that fighters of BLF have fired five rockets on an FC camp in Panjgur town in Balochistan which resulted heavy lose to the Pakistani security personal. He vowed that such attacks on the Pakistani security forces will continue until the independence of Balochistan.

One of the spokespersons of BLA Mr Azaad Baloch claimed the responsibility for the target killing of Jangal Khan Marri in Quetta and teacher Anwar Baing in Kalat. He said that fighters from his organisation have killed Mr Jangal Khan Marri in Quetta because he was spying against Baloch Freedom Fighters and collaborating with the Pakistani intelligence agencies. Azaad Baloch said that the they have killed the school teacher Anwar Baig because he was against the reciting of Baluchistan’s National anthem in School and he did not wanted to hoist Baluchistan’s flag. He said that Baloch resistance organisation have already warned that anyone who spies against Baloch fighters will be targeted and same will happen to those teachers who are against the recitation of Baluchistan’s National anthem in schools. He repeated that there is still time for such people to fix their wrongs and mince their ways.

2009-06-12 Four killed in Khuzdar blast, BRA claimed responsibility

QUETTA: A remote-controlled bomb planted on a motorcycle parked on the main Quetta-Karachi highway exploded as an FC vehicle passed by, killing a soldier and four civilians on Thursday.

According to details a remote-controlled bomb planted on a parked motorbike in Wadh town in Khuzdar district went off near a military vehicle killing three people including a paramilitary soldier, local police officer Juma Khan said.

BRA claimed the responsibility for the attack adding that four men including two FC personal were killed and

another 12 injured. According to BRA claim most of the injured were Pakistani security personals.

2009-06-11One killed, over 20 hurt in Bolan Express blast

QUETTA: One person was killed and 35 injured Thursday in an explosion in Bolan Express.

According to sources, the blast occurred in a bogie number 3 of Bolan Express traveling from Karachi to Quetta. The deceased identified as Nabi Bux was belonged to Quetta.

The rescue teams have arrived at the scene of blast near Colpur area of Bolan and the injured are being rushed to the hospitals. An injured is in critical condition. Emergency has been announced in Civil Hospital Quetta, Bolan Medical Complex and other hospitals. The rescue teams of Frontier Corps also reached at blast site for rescue operation.

The spokesman of  Baloch Republican Army (BRA) has phoned in media offices and claimed the responsibility of the blast.
